Do not follow a random workout regimen

While random workouts might give good initial results it’s the latter that is best suited for the long run. For instance a periodized plan will look like this for the first week: 3*10-12, week2: 3*8-10, week3: 3*6-8. On the other hand, a random workout may look like this week1-4: first set 12-14 reps, second set 10-12 reps, 3rd set 8-10 reps and in fourth set 6-8 reps.
