What is Sonoma diet?

Sonoma diet comprises of food items usually consumed by people living in Mediterranean and Sonoma valley. The following are the ten 10 main components:

  • Olive oil
  • Spinach
  • Strawberries
  • Tomatoes
  • Whole grains
